Leadership Develoment Program with Netigate

Feeling very lucky to have the job I have today! Tons of energy from 24 Netigate leaders at the first module of their leadership program in Stockholm. Looking forward to the continuation in January.

My name is Kate Kron. I have worked for many years within project management in the advertising industry, as a recruitment consultant, and with human resources and leadership development at IKEA.

My focus has been on developing individual leaders, and teams of leaders, to reach their full potential, using a coaching approach. Supporting them to become aware of the way they influence others, and to understand the importance of the creation and maintenance of trustful relationships in the workplace.
