Really getting used to this new way of working! As no travel to Japan is possible at the moment, we have redesigned our team days to virtual events – and found it to work really well! Together with my clients, we are all getting more and more comfortable and competent at making this new environment work well for us. Still have to admit that I miss the physical meetings with groups, and I’m looking forward to the possibilities for that again in the future.
