Not travelling so much these days! Working from home in Helsingborg, and just finalised Module 3 of Rosti Group’s leadership development program together with Pierre Bellin. Participants from Rosti’s sites in China, Malaysia, Romania, Poland, UK, Germany & Sweden gathered via MS Teams – the virtual set-up worked very well.
In this module, we worked with performance management, succession planning, conflict management, the importance of psychological safety in our organisations, and how to develop highly effective teams.
Great energy and focus throughout the three days from these engaged leaders. Looking forward to the coming modules – whether physical or virtual!
