Just rounded off today’s team development session with the lovely people at Country Communications, IKEA Japan – a great day where we built on previous work together to identify how the team can increase collaboration, and the team created their vision for the future.
I’ve done both these activities in face-to-face settings many times, but this was the first time I’ve tried these particular exercises on-line. And they really worked well! Today, I have broadened my view of what is possible to do on-line even further!
